I have been a professional photographer in the fitness industry since 1985!  My work has been published in every issue of NPC News and FLEX Magazine since 1986. There is not another photographer in the sport who can claim these credentials.  I have recently begun working with Muscular Development Magazine in 2012.

Due to numerous requests, I am making this information for NPC and IFBB Bikini, Figure and Fitness competitor photo shoots available at my photo studio in Pittsburgh, PA.

The price for a day shoot is $1,800.00.
There is a $250.00, non-refundable deposit due 2 weeks prior to the photo shoot.

This price includes hair and make-up by Amber Altany, www.amberaltanymakeup.com, who has worked with every women’s IFBB Professional who has been photographed in my studio and has done work for many competitions like the NPC/IFBB Pittsburgh Championships and NPC Teen/Collegiate/Masters National Championships.

The photo shoot session generally lasts approximately 6 hours with hair and make-up taking about 90 minutes of that time.

What to bring to the photo shoot? The more you bring to shoot in the better. What I normally shoot are bikinis, lingerie and anything funky, sexy or cool that you really feel will make a great photo. The goal is to try and get about 5 to 6 different looks. If the photos meet magazine approval, they may also appear in the NPC News’ “Bikini Beach Bodies” or “NPC Fitness Corner” sections. To even be considered for this, you must shoot in thong bikinis.

You will receive all images on a CD/DVD with Personal Usage Rights to print and to publish online for self promotion only. The amount of images vary but we will typically shoot between 250-300 images during the session. You will also receive two (2) complimentary, high-resolution retouched images of your choosing.

You must arrive the night before the photo shoot as we will start make-up and hair at 10 a.m.

The hotel to book your room is a 1/2 mile from the photo studio and about a mile from 2 different grocery stores. There is a gym within walking distance. The link to the hotel;

You need to book your flight home preferably after 5 or 6 p.m. the day of the shoot. Remember we will need to leave for the airport approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours prior to your flight departure time.

I also schedule 1 hour or 2 hour sessions at my photo studio along with photo shoots on location at some NPC and IFBB competitions throughout the year.  The location photo shoots will be listed both on the Announcements page here and through social media such as Facebook and Twitter.  These photo shoots Do Not include a make-up artist/hair stylist.

The price for a 1 hour shoot is $300.00.
The price for a 2 hour shoot is $450.00.
There is a $50.00, non-refundable deposit due 2 weeks prior to the photo shoot for either session.  This non-refundable deposit can be paid directly through PayPal on the home page.
